Lake City "Stops The Bleed"

A person who is bleeding can die from blood loss in less than 3 minutes. Emergency responders will arrive as quickly as possible, but bystanders are almost always there first. Will you be ready?

"Stop The Bleed" teaches non-medical individuals basic Bleeding Control principles so they can provide immediate, frontline aid until first responders are able to take over care of the injured person. CLASSES ARE FREE! Due to the somewhat graphic nature of still photos and videos, it is recommended that children under the age of 16 not be allowed in class.
